This characterful house is just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Hay, close to local shops and cafes and only a 10 minute walk to the Festival site. We are pleased to offer 2 bedrooms - 1 kingsize with shower ensuite bathroom and 1 single bedroom, also with a shower ensuite bathroom. The property offers private parking, 1 space per room and full English breakfast is served, using locally sourced produce. Not suitable for children. We have two dogs.
